PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how VIETEXTILE CO., LTD. (“VieTextile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, accesses, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when users:

• Visit https://vietextile.com;
• Submit an inquiry or contact information;
• Use or authorize the VIETEXTILE Keyword API application;
• Connect a Google Ads account through Google OAuth 2.0.

VIETEXTILE Keyword API is an internal business tool for VieTextile personnel and authorized users. It supports keyword research, retrieval of Google Ads account information, reporting, and VieTextile’s marketing operations.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• The VieTextile website and its language versions;
• VIETEXTILE Keyword API;
• Related automation workflows operated through VieTextile’s self-hosted n8n system;
• Information received through Google OAuth and the Google Ads API.

This Policy does not apply to independent third-party websites, applications, or services that VieTextile does not control.

3. Information We May Collect

3.1 Website information

When users visit our website or submit a contact form, we may collect:

• Name, email address, telephone number, and company name;
• Inquiry, consultation, or communication content;
• IP address, browser type, device type, and access time;
• Essential, measurement, or similar technical cookies, where enabled;
• Information needed to protect the website, prevent spam, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Website interaction data (pages viewed, buttons clicked, forms submitted) and cookie identifiers collected by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (see Section 10).

3.2 Google OAuth and Google Ads API information

When a user actively authorizes VIETEXTILE Keyword API, we may process:

• OAuth authorization status;
• Access tokens and refresh tokens provided by Google;
• Google Ads customer IDs and account names;
• Relationships between manager and client accounts;
• Account currency, time zone, and status;
• Campaign, ad group, advertisement, keyword, and reporting data made available by the authorized account;
• Keyword ideas, search volume, competition, forecasts, and keyword-planning data;
• Error codes, request IDs, and technical logs needed for troubleshooting.

We do not request or store the user’s Google password. Google directly processes the sign-in and authorization procedure.

4. Google Permission Requested

VIETEXTILE Keyword API uses the following OAuth scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords

The Google Ads API currently uses this scope for API authorization. Although this technical scope can support broader Google Ads operations, VieTextile’s current tool uses it only for the disclosed functions, including:

• Identifying Google Ads accounts accessible to the user;
• Retrieving reporting data;
• Conducting keyword research and planning;
• Producing internal reports;
• Diagnosing connection and API errors.

VieTextile does not use the application to create, change, or delete advertising campaigns unless we first provide clear notice, update this Privacy Policy, and obtain appropriate user authorization.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and maintain the Google OAuth connection;
• Provide Google Ads keyword-research and reporting functions;
• Display information to authorized users;
• Analyze and improve VieTextile’s marketing activities;
• Operate, maintain, and secure our systems;
• Detect errors, unauthorized access, fraud, or abuse;
• Respond to support requests;
• Comply with applicable law and valid governmental requests.

We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the functionality authorized by the user.

6. Storage and Retention

OAuth credentials are stored in n8n’s credential-management system and protected using n8n credential encryption.

Information may be processed or stored in:

• VieTextile’s self-hosted n8n server;
• System databases and execution logs;
• Internal reporting systems approved by VieTextile;
• Google infrastructure required to provide Google OAuth and the Google Ads API.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the authorized functionality;
• Maintain security and troubleshoot errors;
• Fulfil legal obligations;
• Resolve disputes or support requests.

OAuth tokens are retained until the user revokes authorization, the credential is deleted, or the connection is no longer required. Execution logs and API results are deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when they are no longer required for operations and troubleshooting.

7. Sharing and Transfer of Information

The commitments in this section apply to data received from Google APIs (Google OAuth and the Google Ads API) through VIETEXTILE Keyword API. Website measurement and advertising are described separately in Section 10.

VieTextile does not sell Google user data or personal data to third parties.

We do not transfer such information to:

• Data brokers;
• Third-party advertising providers;
• Surveillance platforms;
• Creditworthiness or lending organizations;
• Third parties using the information for unrelated personalized advertising or retargeting.

Information may be shared only in limited circumstances:

• With Google to provide OAuth and Google Ads API services;
• With infrastructure or hosting providers necessary to operate the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
• At the user’s request or with the user’s explicit consent;
• When necessary to investigate security incidents or abuse;
• When required by applicable law or a competent authority.

Authorized users may view Google Ads information and reports relating to their accounts. Access by other personnel is limited according to business necessity, internal access controls, and confidentiality requirements.

VieTextile handles information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

8. Data Security

VieTextile applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit;
• Encryption of OAuth credentials in n8n;
• Role-based and need-to-know access restrictions;
• Restricted access to servers and databases;
• Monitoring for errors and unusual activity;
• Appropriate system backups and updates;
• Prohibiting the disclosure of tokens, client secrets, or credentials in workflows and reports.

No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. If we identify an incident affecting personal data, we will respond and provide any notifications required by applicable law.

9. User Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, users may request to:

• Know what information is being processed;
• Access or receive a copy of their information;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Withdraw consent;
• Restrict or object to processing;
• Delete information and OAuth credentials;
• Submit a complaint regarding our processing activities.

Users may revoke Google OAuth access at:

After access is revoked, VIETEXTILE Keyword API cannot access new Google Ads data. Certain previously stored information may be retained where necessary for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

10. Cookies, Measurement and Advertising Technologies

10.1. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC), deployed through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits, pages viewed, time spent, device, approximate location, traffic source and interactions such as clicks on our phone number, Zalo, WhatsApp, menu items and form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and online identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses or phone numbers in plain text to Google Analytics.

10.2. Google signals and advertising features

We have enabled Google signals and linked Google Analytics with VieTextile’s Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile accounts. This allows Google to provide us with aggregated reports on demographics, interests, cross-device behaviour and advertising performance, and audience lists used to show VieTextile ads to people who have visited our website (remarketing). This data is provided in aggregate; we do not receive the identity of individual users.

10.3. User-provided data

When you submit a form, the email address or phone number you enter may be one-way hashed (SHA-256) before being sent to Google to improve the accuracy of conversion measurement and advertising audiences. Google does not use this hashed data to identify you to other parties.

10.4. Spam protection

Forms on our website may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA (which collects hardware, software and usage information to distinguish humans from bots, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service) and by a honeypot technique that runs on our own server (no data is sent externally).

10.5. Retention

Detailed event data in Google Analytics is retained for up to 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer.

10.6. Your choices

You can:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;
• Turn off personalised Google ads: https://adssettings.google.com;
• Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality. Website cookies are not used to access Google Ads data unless a user has completed the OAuth flow and explicitly granted permission.

11. International Data Transfers

Google and certain infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Where cross-border processing occurs, VieTextile applies appropriate safeguards and complies with applicable data-protection requirements.

12. Children

The VieTextile website and VIETEXTILE Keyword API are business-oriented services and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s Google user data or personal information through this application.

13. Changes to This Policy

VieTextile may update this Privacy Policy when our application functionality, data-processing practices, or legal requirements change.

If a change introduces a new purpose or materially expands the Google information accessed, we will update our disclosures, provide appropriate notice, and request renewed authorization or consent where required.
